Introduction
The Remind function allows Moderators (including Project Owners) and Recruiters to send either individual or Group Reminders to the respondents.
These are most often used to encourage respondents to complete their tasks, or to provide an update if there is one regarding your project.
Where possible, we recommend always personalising your reminders.
If the respondent has allowed push notifications the Reminder is sent directly to their phone.
Otherwise the system will send it as an email.
You will know by the phone or envelope icon displayed to the right of the Respondents and Task Completion Views.
For detailed information on how to send Reminder Notifications to Respondents, please watch this video or scroll down for more information.
Individual Reminders
You can send reminders to individual respondents by clicking on the Remind button next to a specific respondent at the right of the screen on the Respondents or Task Completion views.
When you click on the Remind button, if previous reminders have been sent, you will see a Reminder History.
Otherwise, you can customise the text as you need to and click on Send.
Group Reminders
You can also send reminders/ messages to several respondents at the same time.
Select the respondents by clicking on the checkboxes on the left side of the screen, then click on Group Reminder button.
Using the Select All check box will select all respondents within a target group.
Because you can only send reminders/ messages to registered respondents, they dashboard knows their names and will insert these automatically.
So you can send a generic reminder/ message but to each respondent who receives it, it will look personalised to them.
