A Recruit will automatically be paused after 28 days. You will see the status change from 'Recruiting' to 'Paused'.

You can resume by clicking 'Resume' if you wish to continue recruiting past 28 days.

When you are ready to close your recruit:

Step 1: For all the invited respondents, ensure you have selected one of the following three options:

1. Pay Incentive

2. No-Show

3. Cancel

Step 2: Then, click 'Close Recruit' at the top of the Recruit.

Please note that you cannot re-open it so make sure you're completely finished.
