This guide provides instructions for inviting your own Users/ Customers to your Indeemo project.

If you selected:

  1. Recruit Respondents directly via their email address (Recommended): Click here
  2. Using Indeemo's Panel: Click here
  3. Recruit using Customised Respondent Registration pages: Follow the instructions below.



Inviting your respondents when using Customised Respondent Registration pages  

You will not need to add your respondents' email addresses to the dashboard prior to inviting them. 


Your project will have the following enabled:

1. Customized Registration Page 

2. Opt-In Consent (optional)

Step 1: Find the unique URLs/links assigned to each Target Group

  1. Go to the Respondents view and filter to your project.

  2. Locate the relevant target group. 
  3. Next to the target group name, copy the unique URL / link.


Step 2: Invite Respondents to Register


1. Copy the below email template and paste to your own email client. 

2. Add the unique URL to the template

3. Personalize the template 

4. Send the email to your relevant segment of users/customers based on the Target Group link you added. 


Ensure to send your participants the correct target group link to ensure they are segmented correctly.

As part of this project, you will need to use an app called Indeemo. To use Indeemo, please follow these 3 steps:


Step 1: Register with Indeemo

  1. Tap on this link to Register with Indeemo: <INSERT URL LINK FROM RELEVANT TARGET GROUP>
  2. Register with the email address that we used to send you this email. 
  3. Choose a password that has a minimum of 8 characters.
  4. (You may be prompted to agree to the terms of this research. If you do not agree, your registration will not be successful)


Step 1: Download and Log into the Indeemo App

  1. You will be prompted to download the Indeemo app.
  2. Log into the app using this email address and your chosen password.
