Using Indeemo- provided Anonymous email addresses


Step 1: Request Anonymous email addresses


  1. Contact support@indeemo.com for your list of anonymized email addresses.
  2. You/ your Recruitment partner will assign one of these to each of your respondents.


Step 2: Add the @indeemo.email emails to your Project


  1. Go to the Respondents view and filter to your project.

  2. Locate the relevant target group and click Add Respondents.
  3. Enter the anonymized email addresses:
    • Type or paste them into the input field.
    • Ensure each email address is on a separate line.
  4. Click Add to save the emails to the target group.
    • No automatic invitations will be sent.
    • Respondents will appear with the Not Registered status.


Top Tip:

You can use the Alias feature to add respondent codes/ identifiers so you can keep track of who you have assigned each anonymous email to.



Step 3: Invite Respondents to Register for Indeemo using their assigned email address


Indeemo does not automatically invite your Respondents.


Use the provided email template below:

  • Copy to your own email client and personalize it for each respondent.
  • Include their unique assigned @indeemo.email address.
  • Send to your respondents when you are ready. (We recommend inviting respondents 1-2 days before fieldwork begins!)

For privacy and confidentiality reasons, instead of using your actual email address, we have created an anonymous @indeemo.email email address for you to use when you register with Indeemo. This will ensure that any data you share will be kept confidential and anonymous.


For this project, please use this email to register with indeemo: __________@indeemo.email


To register for and download Indeemo, please follow these 4 steps:

1. Tap on the link below and Register with Indeemo using the provided @indeemo.email email address.

2. Once registered, you will be prompted to download the Indeemo app.

3. Log into the app using the provided email address and your chosen password.

4. Ensure to enable push notifications in the Indeemo app so that we can interact with you using comments and push notifications.
