To ensure a smooth live meeting or interview, follow the below steps to check your system, grant necessary permissions, and troubleshoot any issues.

You can check your browser's version by navigating to its settings or about page.
Internet connection
Broadband wired or wireless 3/4/5G, WiFi, or wired networks.
We recommend a minimum speed of: 25 Mbps download speed, 5 Mbps upload speed.
You can test your internet speed using a tool such as Speedtest: https://www.speedtest.net/
Microphone and speakers

A webcam or HD webcam - built-in or USB plug-in
Check Permissions (macOS 15 version)
Ensure to grant all relevant permissions for microphone, camera and screen share, when prompted.
Google Chrome (latest version)
Log into web.indeemo.com and click Join Meeting or use the meeting link in your email.
When prompted, click Allow this time on the pop-up in the top left.
Tap the Camera, Microphone, and Speaker icons to enable them.
Click Join Meeting to enter.
Microsoft Edge (Latest Version)
Log into web.indeemo.com and tap ‘Join Meeting’ or join via the meeting link in your email.
When prompted, click Allow on the "Microsoft Edge would like to access the microphone" pop-up in the middle of the screen.
Click Allow on the pop-up from web.indeemo.com in the top left corner.
Click Allow on the "Microsoft Edge would like to access the camera" pop-up.
Tap the Camera, Microphone, and Speaker icons to enable them.
Tap Join Meeting to enter.
Safari (Latest Version)
Log into web.indeemo.com and tap ‘Join Meeting’ or join via the meeting link in your email.
Click Allow on the "Allow 'web.indeemo.com' to use your camera and microphone" pop-up in the middle of the screen.
Tap the Camera, Microphone, and Speaker icons to enable them.
Tap Join Meeting to enter.
Firefox (Latest Version)
Log into web.indeemo.com and tap ‘Join Meeting’ or join via the meeting link in your email.
Click Allow on the "Allow 'web.indeemo.com' to use your camera and microphone?" pop-up in the middle of the screen.
Tap the Camera, Microphone, and Speaker icons to enable them.
Tap Join Meeting to enter.

Log into web.indeemo.com and click Join Meeting or use the meeting link in your email.
When prompted, click Allow this time on the pop-up in the top left.
Tap the Camera, Microphone, and Speaker icons to enable them.
Click Join Meeting to enter.

Log into web.indeemo.com and tap ‘Join Meeting’ or join via the meeting link in your email.
When prompted, click Allow on the "dashboard.indeemo.com would like to use your camera and microphone" pop-up in the top left corner.

Tap Join Meeting to enter.

Tap Join Meeting to enter.
During your Live Interview
Please note the Interview will be recorded.
Meeting Features
- Microphone: Click to mute/unmute.
- Camera: Click to turn your camera on/off.
- Share Screen: Click to share your screen (see more below).
- Attendees: See who’s in the meeting.
- Settings: Adjust your microphone/camera settings.
- View: Change your meeting layout.
- Leave Meeting: Click when you're ready to leave.
- Chat: Send/receive messages during the meeting. Chat won't be saved after the meeting ends.
How to Share your Screen during your Interview (macOS 15 version)
Google Chrome (Latest Version)
Tap the Share Screen icon in the Meeting Features panel.
If prompted, enable Chrome’s screen recording access:
Go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Screen Recording.
Turn on the toggle for Google Chrome.
Restart Chrome to ensure screen sharing works properly.
Microsoft Edge (Latest Version)
Tap the Share Screen icon in the Meeting Features panel.
If prompted, enable Edge’s screen recording access:
Go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Screen Recording.
Turn on the toggle for Microsoft Edge.
Restart Edge to ensure screen sharing works properly.
Safari (Latest Version)
Tap the Share Screen icon in the Meeting Features panel.
Choose to share either your Window or Entire Screen:
Window: Select the desired window and tap Share this Window.
Entire Screen: Tap Share Entire Screen in the top right.
Firefox (Latest Version)
Tap the Share Screen icon in the Meeting Features panel.
If prompted, enable Firefox’s screen recording access:
Go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Screen Recording.
Turn on the toggle for Firefox.
Restart Firefox to ensure screen sharing works properly.
How to Share your Screen during your Interview (Windows 11 Version)
Google Chrome (Latest Version)
- Tap the Share Screen icon in the Meeting Features panel.
- Select Google Chrome tab, Window, or Entire Screen.
- Tap Share.
Microsoft Edge (Latest Version)
- Tap the Share Screen icon in the Meeting Features panel.
- Select Microsoft Edge tab, Window, or Entire Screen.
- Tap Share.
Firefox (Latest Version)
- Tap the Share Screen icon in the Meeting Features panel.
- Select the Select window or screen dropdown menu and choose either your Window or Entire Screen.
- Tap Allow.
General FAQ
I’ve accidentally left, how can I re-join?
No worries! Simply return to web.indeemo.com and click ‘Join Meeting’ or use the meeting link in your email.
I’m late, what should I do?
Let your interviewer know as soon as possible, then join via web.indeemo.com or the meeting link in your email. We recommend joining 10 minutes early to avoid delays.
I’m early, is that okay?
That’s great! Joining 10 minutes before your interview ensures you have time to check permissions and make sure your device is set up properly.
I can’t find my meeting link, what now?
Search for the email with the subject “Indeemo Interview Invitation”, or log in to web.indeemo.com to join from there.
Can I log in via the Indeemo App for my live interview?
No, please log in via web.indeemo.com or the meeting link in your email.
Troubleshooting FAQ
My internet dropped, what should I do?
No problem! Once your connection is restored, simply rejoin by visiting web.indeemo.com or using the meeting link from your email.
How do I enable my mic and camera?
