If you have opted for the added service of Indeemo setting up your project for you, please follow the steps below.
- Ensure your Indeemo Task List template is finalized. (you will need a separate document for each version of your task list)
- Submit your project at least 2 working days in advance of your go-live date.
- Log into your Indeemo Dashboard (dashboard.indeemo.com)
- Click on the 'New Project' button, and follow the steps to submit your project in a structured format to the Indeemo team.
- Wait for the confirmation email from the Indeemo Support team, confirming set up is complete.
Project submission lead times
To ensure we have adequate time for project set up, please submit your project for set up allowing for the following lead times:
- Single country: 2 working days before project go live
- Multi country: 3 working days before project go live
How to Submit your Project via your Indeemo Dashboard
- Go to www.indeemo.com and click on Client Login
- Once logged in, click on New Project (top right)
- Follow the on-screen prompts to fill in all the project details (when it comes to target groups, if there is more than 1 target group and they doing the same task list, you only have to upload one task list)
- Click Submit
Wait for confirmation from Indeemo Support
Once Indeemo has set up your project, support@indeemo.com will email you with details so you can preview the project and make any edits such as correcting any typos.
