In this section, you will add both the internal and external facing project details.

Internal Recruit Name

The Internal name of your project is only visible to you and your selected colleagues on your Indeemo dashboard and is not visible to the applicants.


Target Audience

You can choose either:

1. General Population (B2C): Everyone regardless of job title and industry


2. Industry Professionals (B2B): People who have expertise in a specific field


General Population (B2C): Project Topic(s)

Select Project Topics to help match the best respondents to your study.

This will help source respondents that have indicated interest in these Topics on their profiles.


Respondents will have the option on their dashboard to filter to projects relevant to topics they have selected, or all. Their selection will determine the relevance of your Recruit to them and so your recruit will appear closer to the top of their list or further down depending on this. 


Research Methodology 

You can choose either:

1. Indeemo App/In the Moment Project

Respondents will use the Indeemo app to complete the research tasks


2. Online 1-1 Interview 

Respondents will take part in a 1-1 online interview using your preferred meeting platform (eg, Zoom, Teams)

  • When you choose this option, you will need to provide scheduling link that Respondents can use to book in a time for this online interview


Time Required

This is the total time it will take a respondent to complete your Indeemo Project; eg, if the time required was 60 minutes over 1 week, the time required would be 60 minutes.


Incentive 

This cannot be edited once your Recruit is live.


  • Enter the incentive amount in USD. 
  • Respondents will be paid this amount, less a 5% processing fee. 
  • This is standard across all recruits within respondent.io

PayPal will convert your USD amount to the respondent's local currency when paying the Respondent.

Recruit Title  

The Recruit Title is what the Applicant sees on their Dashboard.

This is what will be the "hook"; an attention-grabbing sentence or two to help your Recruit gain interest and traction.


Consider a Project Title that is more detailed:

❌ Seeking seniors with a pet! 

✅ Looking for seniors who believe their pets improve their quality of life. 


Recruit Details

Use this section to catch your perfect target audience with a concise description of your study.

  • Add some additional information regarding the type of audience you are targeting.
  • You want to excite the respondents about participating and entice them to complete the screener.
  • Let them know what to expect if chosen.


This can be max 300 characters.


For example:

Are you a pet-owning senior? If you're 55+, we want to learn more about your relationship with your furry friend - how your pet has enhanced the quality of your life and some of the daily activities you engage in with your pet.

This cannot be edited once your Recruit is live.


You can add a link to your NDA or PDF version.

Applicants will view and accept this before submitting their completed screener. 


At the end of the screener, the applicant will be required to click on the link and then select 'Yes' or 'No'.


If they select 'No' but are otherwise qualified, they will still appear for you to review, but with a flag to let you know they selected 'No' for this question.


Note: 

Alternately, you can enable 'Opt-in Consent' on your corresponding Indeemo Project- this mean participants will be required to Agree to/ Opt-in to your terms/ give consent before registering.

Researcher Name

When you send a message to Respondents, respondent.io only allow a single Researcher Name to be displayed to Respondents regardless of which Researcher sends the message.


Please enter a name that you wish Respondents to see when they receive messages from anyone linked to this Recruit.
