Editing a Live Recruit
Once your Recruit is live, it is only possible to edit some aspects should you need to loosen or tighten your screening criteria or questions.
The below can edited when a Recruit is live:
- Internal Name
- Respondent Pitch
- Time Required
- Questions (you can also add or delete questions)
- Edits to your questions will auto-save as you type.
If you need to edit any other field such as Incentive or Audience criteria, please go to 'Cloning a Recruit' below.
Pausing/ Resuming a Live Recruit
Pause
There is a 'Pause' button available when the status of the Recruit is 'Recruiting'.
By clicking Pause, the status will change to Pause meaning the Recruit will no longer show on applicants' dashboards.
Resume
When you are ready to resume your recruit, click Resume and the status will change back to Recruiting.
The Screener/ Recruit will show again on applicants' dashboards.
Cloning a Recruit
The platform works to provide 2X (double) of your select target audience so you have more applicants to choose from.
If you are running more than one Recruit/ Screener for your project; make sure you take this into account.
For example:
- Total number of respondents needed: 20
- 10 respondents are needed from the UK and 10 respondents are needed from the USA
- To ensure an even spread of applicants to choose from, you will need 2 Recruits/ Screeners and in each, the total number of respondents would be 10.
If you wish to create a new, similar recruit, ie you wish to use similar details, audience or questions, you can Clone an existing recruit by:
- Click the 3 dots on the Recruitment view
- Click 'Clone Recruit'
- This creates a new Recruit; to help you identify the Cloned recruit, 'Copy of' will be added to the Internal title.
Any moderator linked to a Recruit can clone.
Your cloned, new Recruit will automatically be in 'Draft' status.
Don't forget to:
1. Edit the Details, Audience and Questions of this recruit as needed
2. Manage Moderators
3. Publish when ready.
